To announce this dish on social channels, we’ve partnered with Lagenda to showcase his preparation of this iconic dish. Spices and ingredients were chopped, bashed and battered. Just like how most traditional Malay dishes were prepared. And we’ve added our own touches to add more flavour to the video. A modern soundtrack with Indonesian influences, beautiful slow motion footages and a rich yet natural colour grading that complements the food really well.
